First Friday Monthly Community Yoga: Relax and Restore

Join us for a monthly “Relax and Restore” community yoga practice, designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate. This gentle session combines restorative poses with mindful breathing techniques, promoting relaxation and inner peace. Suitable for all levels, our experienced instructor will guide you through a soothing journey of self-care, allowing you to release stress and reconnect with your body and mind.
All needed props will be provided, so just bring an open heart!
Classes are free; freewill donations will benefit the work of the Custer County Wellness Council.
