Join us for demo and explanation of how the new Landing Well website is designed to connect Seniors with wellness services in the Wet Mountain Valley.
Landing Well maintains an online clearinghouse of local resources and service providers to support independent living and aging in place in Custer County and the Wet Mountain Valley. Initial funding for Landing Well was provided by Westcliffe Community United Methodist Church and a generous donation in loving memory of Dottie and Dan Hudson.
